duos and trios

Two-voice and three-voice inventions, possibly describable as slow variations on themes by John Cale and Eliane Radigue.

Recorded late 2023 through early 2025, mostly at night, and mixed in 2025, mostly by day. The thick sustained drones and motives i recorded playing an Access Virus KC (2002) by hand. The other tones i recorded playing Push/Live by hand and by capturing events from chancy MIDI patches. The outdoor recordings i gathered in and near Chicago Illinois, Door County Wisconsin, and Charleston South Carolina.
